Grand Hotel located in the heart of Cebu city.Yes and It looks good ,the staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to get a taxi and an easy walk to Ayalla Mall if you like exercise. The breakfast buffet although limited was fine. The surroundings of the hotel are a little rundown and if you want to buy something to avoid the minibar it is a little walk to a shop.A pleasure to walk a little.hehehe
